Mark has been involved in the transportation industry since 1979 and is a past Chairman of the National Leasing Association. Starting Oceanview in the early 80’s, he has been helping livery operators with leasing, financing, conversions and upgrading their vehicles for over twenty-five years.

Rusty's certification covers mechanical, electrical, upholstery, fiberglass, wood, sunroof installs and paint. He custom built six vehicles with the designer of the Cord L-29. He designed and built the very popular promotional displays for Webasto sunroofs. He has designed customs limousines for the
Royal family members, high profile celebrities and politicians. Rusty is authorized to do subcontractor warranty repairs for Jaguar, Rover and Aston Martin vehicle wood. He is an expert in the restoration 
and repair of vintage vehicles.

All aspects of Limousine repair and full diagnostic service can be handled by Rusty. He previously owned and operated one of the largest independent limousine warranty and repair facilities in South Florida. Now as Oceanview's Production Manager we are confident that Rusty will greatly enhance

She joined the Oceanview team in 2006. Tina is multi-talented, she can change your oil, rebuild a carburetor, bake delicious homemade cookies and coach her son's little league team! These days Oceanview keeps her very busy at her desk managing the office staff and sales team; which she is extremely efficient at.

Paul has been with the Oceanview Team for a couple of years now. Paul came to Oceanview back in 2003 when he purchased his first limo as a start up company, Catalyst Transportation. Soon after, Paul continued to work behind the sceens with Oceanview, going over-the-road as a delivery driver.
